Since the all season ever present run by Stephen Pears in 1992/93 and the lack of any since the question has to be asked if it will occur again. Selection policies have changed, players are rested, contempt is displayed for cup competitions, the League Cup being particularly prone to this. It looks so unlikely that this list will be added to.
